Who it's for

Built for public adjusters

Bring your roofer, contractor and attorney onto the claim. Claim invitations are coming soon.

  • Public adjusters

Every claim from first call to final check, on one board.

See how it works for public adjusters

One claim. One file. Everyone on the same page.

Most claims have four or five companies on them, and none of them see the same thing. ClaimCompass gives every claim one shared file.

  1. 01

Invite who's on the job. Claim invitations are coming soon.

  2. 02

Everyone sees their part. Nothing is shared until you share it.

  3. 03

One checklist. A document counts once, no matter who uploaded it.

  4. 04

The homeowner sees one clear status, not five companies talking.

Does the policy cover the cabinets the carrier left out?

ClaimCompass

Yes. Coverage A includes built-in cabinetry damaged by a covered water loss, and the carrier's estimate has no line for detaching and resetting them. Your estimate prices it at $2,950.
Policy.pdf, p. 9Carrier estimate.pdf
Draft the supplement request for that line.

How it works

From policy to paid,
in four steps.

An adjuster reviewing a claim on a tablet
  1. 01

    Open the file

Start the claim from the first call. Upload the policy and the key terms come back with page numbers.

  2. 02

    Inspect and estimate

Photos, scope, weather and your estimate attach to the claim. Your client sees each step in their portal.

  3. 03

    Negotiate

Compare the carrier's estimate with yours, line by line, and send the supplement you approve.

  4. 04

    Get paid

Settlement, payments and your fee, tracked to the end. The whole story stays on one file.

FAQ

Questions.

Still deciding? Book a demo and ask us anything.

Who is ClaimCompass for?

Public adjusting firms, from a solo adjuster to large teams, and the property insurance attorneys they work with. Everyone at the firm works from the same claim files, and clients, vendors, contractors, attorneys, appraisers and engineers join the claims they work on for free.

How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days with every feature and no card. Add a card before it ends and nothing changes. If you don't, your workspace becomes read-only for 30 days and then locks. Your claims and documents are kept.

Can I see it before I sign up?

Yes. Book a 20-minute walkthrough or watch the 3-minute demo.

What does the policy review pull out?

A plain-language summary of the limits, deductibles, exclusions and duties that matter, each with the page it came from. You approve the summary before anyone else sees it.

How do clients get updates?

Each insured gets a free portal login that shows where the claim stands. When you post an update they get an email, and they can upload what you ask for from their phone.

How is pricing worked out?

A $24 a month firm fee, then a price per person: Core $25, AI Plus $35, AI Max $50. From your 11th person each costs $6 less. There are no per-claim fees.

Can you move our data?

Yes. Import a CSV or Excel export from PACMAN, ClaimWizard or a spreadsheet yourself, or send us the export and we migrate your claims, contacts and documents for free, usually in under a week.

Is my data secure?

Files are stored encrypted, every teammate and outside party gets only the access their role allows, and an audit log records who changed what. More on security.

Why not just use an AI chatbot?

A chatbot doesn't know your claim. ClaimCompass answers from the claim's own documents with the pages it used, keeps the result on the file next to its deadlines and contacts, and sends nothing to a carrier or client until you approve it.
